A ticket to a House of Holland show at London Fashion Week is amongst the most sought-after as the designs are the epitome of the perceived London fashion sense. So as we eagerly wonder what designs Henry Holland will treat us to this season, we’re excited to hear that he has been selected to design the first-ever official LFW T-shirts.
Drawing inspiration from his extensive archive, the mini collection features three T-shirts that will be available to buy from the LFW pop-up shop at Saatchi Gallery during the London Fashion Weekend event from 24 September to 27 September. Or, alternatively for a limited time only, ticket holders can purchase them online before the event.
Choose from a monochrome slogan tee entitled Fashion Werk, a psychedelic 70s print inspired by his Spring 2015 collection or an oversized gingham print from Fall 2015. The T-shirts are one of those things that you want to wear, but feel like you shouldn’t just in case you’re damaging your own little piece of fashion history. Nonetheless, they’re worth the investment. Either way, the House of Holland designs were fashioned with the goal of instilling joy and whether they stay safely tucked away inside your closet or become part of your regular outfits, these pieces will definitely achieve their design goals.
